Il palazzo risale al 1850 ed è stato ben conservato. Ogni sistemazione è stata progettata da un artista o da un collettivo artistico per creare uno spazio abitativo unico e gioioso. Le suite del DRUUM dispongono di pavimenti in legno massello e di grandi finestre, e tutte le camere presentano un bagno interno privato e a pianta aperta caratterizzato da impianti di alta qualità. Alcune sistemazione vantano un balcone.
