The small family-run Westdene Guesthouse is located just 100 metres from Skegness’ sand dunes and beach. All are rooms have flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities, en-suite bathrooms and homemade food.

Skegness town centre and train station are both 15 minutes' walk, where guest can enjoy the pier and arcades in Skegness. Free parking is available outside the property.

    They're doing great work here and it's well worth a visit to see the lovely seals. Don't wear good clothes though, water splashes, gull poo and fish guts are the order of the day!
