Situato nell'incantevole Penzance, vicino Mount's Bay, il Penmorvah è una residenza vittoriana costruita nel 1896. La struttura dista a piedi 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e 20 minuti da Battery Rocks, dal porto turistico e dal terminal dei traghetti.
